Single after single, this act is making their latest label their new home. Bouncing on over to CYB3RPVNK we have “Royals”, the latest track from Waysons. They have plenty of experience among different styles and labels such as Hardwell’s Revealed, Afrojack’s Wall NCS, and Sirup. However, Waysons’ collaborations with R3HAB since the official CYB3RPVNK founding last year has quickly put Waysons on the path to stardom. We have no doubt that Waysons could easily be the premiere talent coming out of CYB3RPVNK’s roster. With Waysons’ initial drop “New World” back in early October was a solid release, we need more to satisfy our appetite.
Even though we were definitely intrigued by Waysons exploration in the progressive house pool after “Beyond Time” earlier this month, this dup keeps proving that they are not a one-trick pony. “Royals” is a soft holiday treat for those in need of new electronic experiences to fill your snowy vacations. Waysons more cinematic approach creates a moody tempo that hooked us in, almost luring us with its ambiance. Percussive basslines make “Royals” dance-friendly beyond easy listening, giving us a bit of bounce to fill our holidays. Let your imagination run wild, while “Royals” and Waysons craft your soundtrack.
