Felix Cartal x SKIO Music Launch New Producer “Chopped Challenge” Featuring Special Guest Judges!
Calling all aspring producers! Now is your time to shine! This time around, instead of reviewing a brand new single from a very talented artist, their is a brand new opportunity for those who are up to the task. Talented producer Felix Cartal is back to announce a brand new event, the Chopped Up Challenge! Felix has been busy, with multiple standalone productions with other producers including successful producer Kaskade. Felix will also be touring internationally so everyone will be able to see it sometime soon. Due to his most recent success, Felix has even garnered over 45 million streams over on his Spotify! Felix Cartal has been a consistent staple in the Modern Neon cycle, winning us over with his previous hits “Over It” and “Love Me“. Clearly, Felix, you are doing something right and we want to keep seeing Felix Cartal find success and grow as an artist. Kiiiara immediately hit the ground running, with her debut single “Gold” reaching #5 on Billboard’s US Top 40 and amassing over 675 million worldwide streams. She has now amassed over 2 billion streams globally and across all platforms and has no intention of slowing down.
The Chopped Up Challenge is a brand new 4-week contest of upcoming producers to try their best to battle it out for a number of prizes and have their work judged by Felix Cartal and guest judges Kaskade, Zedd, Dr Fresch, and Tokimonsta. Every week Felix will drop a brand new vocal hook for the masses to use. Entrants have 72 hours to cut it, mix it, flip it, or do whatever they can to best utilize that vocal sample and the cream of the crop will be reviewed live on Twitch. The Chopped Up Challenge is created in partnership with SKIO Music, who will be providing a portion of the prizes. The contest will begin on Feb 18th and run all the way until March 11th, and you can find all of the steps below on Felix Cartal’s website.
