Felix Cartal Revisits the Cathartic “Over It” in Brand New Emotional Video
Every time Felix pops up in our feed, we prepare ourselves to get in touch with our emotions. Stopping by Physical Presents we have a brand new music video for Felix’s “Over It“, released back in July. Felix has been busy, with multiple standalone productions with other producers including successful producer Kaskade. Felix will also be touring internationally so everyone will be able to see it sometime soon. Due to his most recent success, Felix has even garnered over 45 million streams over on his Spotify! Clearly, Felix, you are doing something right.
We were addicted to “Over It” when it first came out, and we are glad that it has finally received a music video treatment. Throughout the video, we follow a young woman who reminisces about a lustful lover in her youth in an attempt to finally move on. The video feels powerful, as even we cold emotionless beings can’t help but sympathize with her and her attempts to improve herself. Each vignette shows moments of a life lived, existing in the past just waiting to be pushed aside for the future. We related to the video too much, we can’t let our emotions resurface…damn you Felix.
