Turkish Producer Ali Bakgor + DLAY Join Purple Fly’s NFT-Fueled Roster W/ New Single “Lightning Bolt”
You just can’t stop anyone at Purple Fly! On our latest visit over to the insanely active label we are checking out “Lightning Bolt”, the latest drop from Ali Bakgor and DLAY. Bakgor first burst out onto the scene with his official remix of “Say What You Wanna” for Tujamo, picking up steam quickly and leading to official releases “Dark Side,” “Over U,” and “Wait No More” under the record label FRQNCY. After an initial selection of singles, Bakgor quickly gained the support of many trendsetting producers including Tiësto, EDX, Don Diablo, Martin Garrix, and Sam Feldt. While this was a promising start, since then Bakgor has released singles on Spinnin’, Sony, UMG, One7, Soave, and Madworks, as well as having his tracks listed on over 3,000 playlists.
For those of you who haven’t heard of Purple Fly, it is a brand new music label making a major splash in the current market. A completely independent imprint, Purple Fly embraces the current hype around NFTs in the cryptocurrency world with one goal in mind…support their artists. On a larger scale, Purple Fly aims to support collaborations of all forms of art, connecting music and stunning visuals for a truly immersive experience. Letting a deep bass line open the experience and serve as our guide, Bakgor balances sad and melancholic lyrics with groovy and emotive beats that create a complimentary experience with neither side taking the reins for very long.
