Felix Cartal Drops New Single W/ Karen Harding “Only One” + New Album Announcement “Expensive Sounds For Nice People”
Now this is exactly what we have been waiting for…with even more of a surprise than we expected. On our latest visit over to Physical Presents we are checking out “Only One” from Felix Cartal and Karen Harding. Felix has been busy, with multiple standalone productions with other producers including successful producer Kaskade. Felix will also be touring internationally so everyone will be able to see it sometime soon. Due to his most recent success, Felix has even garnered over 45 million streams over on his Spotify! Felix Cartal has been a consistent staple in the Modern Neon cycle, winning us over with his previous hits “Over It” and “Love Me“. Clearly, Felix, you are doing something right and we want to keep seeing Felix Cartal find success and grow as an artist. Joining Felix this time around is Karen Harding, who has her own impressive body of work Karen’s previous single “Un-Do My Heart” gained plenty of worldwide success and amassed 20 million streams online alone. The single’s buzz adds to her overall success, currently snagging over 400 million streams since the beginning of her career.

I feel like I have two modes when I make music, mode 1 would be something with an emotional heaviness, and mode 2 would be a response to just break away and make something that’s more of an uplifting escape. If there is any producer that we are more excited to cover every time he drops a new project, it is clearly Felix Cartal. While we are super excited about the brand new single, Felix threw another curveball and announced his brand new album Expensive Sounds For Nice People. Ahead of the album’s release, Felix partnered up with the talented Karen Harding to breathe life into the latest tease “Only One”. Harding’s energizing vocal performance adds to the playful nature of the track, allowing plenty of material for Felix to craft his next gem while keeping her voice center stage. We have already heard plenty of singles from the upcoming album over the last year including “Love Me“, “Mine“, and “Get What You Give“, each receiving plenty of buzz in their own right.
