Timmy Trumpet Takes a Surprising New Turn with “Roses,” a Collaboration with Fast-Rising Producer bradeazy, featuring Richard Judge

With over 5 billion streams worldwide, Timmy Trumpet has become one of dance music’s most recognizable live performers, known for his explosive shows and signature blend of EDM and live trumpet. His breakout hit Freaks surpassed 1 billion streams and helped propel him onto the world’s biggest festival stages, including Tomorrowland. Over the years, he has collaborated with major artists such as Armin van Buuren, Hardwell, Afrojack, and Robin Schulz, solidifying his place among the genre’s leading names.

His impact has also extended beyond traditional dance music, with Narco becoming a viral sensation in MLB stadiums and topping Spotify’s US Viral Chart, and his work with Royal Challengers Bengaluru highlighting his global reach. Originally trained as a jazz musician and recognized early as Australia’s Young Musician of the Year at 13, Timmy continues to evolve artistically, with “Not A Place” signaling a more refined and emotionally driven direction in his sound.

I’ve been playing bradeazy records in my radio show for the last couple years, watching his sound develop into one of the hottest bass producers on the planet. I brought him out on a college tour show and we started talking about making music together over a year ago but we knew we needed the perfect vocal. I was originally planning ‘Roses‘ for the end of the year, but these lyrics reflect exactly how I feel right now so we bumped it up. Since announcing a new music direction and my separation, the love I’ve felt around the world has been overwhelming and inspiring. Everything really is coming up roses and it’s thanks to the fans – so this one is for them.” – Timmy Trumpet

Timmy Trumpet is showing a different side of himself on his new single, “Roses,” dialing back the explosive festival energy he’s become known for in favor of something warmer, more melodic, and emotionally driven. Originally slated for release later this year, Timmy decided to move the track up after realizing its lyrics reflected major changes happening in his own life and creative journey, making it one of his most personal releases to date.

The track pairs him with rising producer bradeazy, whose profile has been steadily growing thanks to his Beatport-topping hit “The Baddest,” sold-out debut shows in Los Angeles and New York, and an upcoming Australia and New Zealand tour. Featuring vocals from Richard Judge, the collaboration had been years in the making after Timmy first discovered bradeazy through his radio show and later brought him out as tour support. Premiered live at Timmy’s Silo Dallas show, “Roses” continues the more heartfelt direction heard on recent releases like “All My Life” with John Martin and Frank Walker and “Not A Place” with Ely Oaks, showing that Timmy is becoming increasingly comfortable letting emotion lead the way.
