Tech-House Producer DØBER Revisists Protocol For “Tear the Roof” Intense Follow Up Single
Even though clubs aren’t a thing in our lives right now, our producer today is preparing for the moment when they reopen. This week we are stopping off at Protocol for “Tear the Roof”, the latest from tech house producer DØBER. Protocol continues to impress us with their collection, continually expanding their offerings with a wide variety of styles. With DØBER officially debuting on the label, his tech-house production is a much-needed addition to the roster and providing a break from the progressive. Now that DØBER found his place in the roster, there are plenty of other producers and artists ready and waiting for this tech-house newcomer. What will DØBER do next after the Twisted EP? We will have to keep following to find out.
Well we didn’t have to wait too long, as DØBER has continued to hang with Protocol and drop his latest single “Tear the Roof” with the imprint. Drastically different compared to what we were introduced back on the Twisted EP, DØBER uses “Tear the Roof” for us to understand the darker side of his art. While DØBER originally emphasized melodies from house and trap music the first time around, this single gives us another look at the rang of production skills DØBER has at his disposal. DØBER toes the line between tech and electro, finding the right medium to satisfy his intense club music craving. Keep it up DØBER!
