Swedes Trilane & Felicity Continue Their Ode To Classic Progressive House With “Come Back Down”

When you have veterans like this in you corner, you can’t help to be motivated. On our latest stop off at Protocol we had a chance to listen to “Come Back Down”, a brand new bop from Trilane and Felicity. Since Protocol is all about promoting the fresh blood added to their roster, we are no surprise that they have expanded their recruitment pool. Between these two artists, they have been featured on many of the large labels such as Trilane being a five-time release for Protocol, along with both Revealed and Wall Recordings. Will he finally find his home within the Protocol roster? We’ll have to see what the future holds. Now official Protocol veterans, Trilane is quickly becoming engrained in the Protocol culture and roster.

The Swedes prove again and again that they have the necessary talent to produce amazing electronic music. Protocol has been dead set on the revival of the classic prog house sound all throughout 2019, with Trilane cultivating nostalgic love for the genre once again. “Come Back Down” takes us back to the days when powerhouses like Axwell crushed the airwaves and no one could stop the addictive prog house virus. Trilane and Felicity incorporate more space-themed sounds throughout the track, crafting “Come Back Down”‘s otherworldly feel. Bouncy and energetic, “Come Back Down” will be infecting EDM playlists all throughout 2020. Will Sweden continue to lead the progressive house renaissance? Let us know your thoughts in the comments!
