R3HAB x Saucy Santana Remake Freak Nasty’s “Da’ Dip” as Party Anthem “Put Your Hands On My _”
Looks like this new trend of remaking classic dance songs is officially in full swing. On our latest visit over to APG we are checking out “Put Your Hands On My __”, the latest from R3HAB and Saucy Santana. Since his adventure began, R3HAB has toured some of the best clubs in the world and amassed more than 300 million streams of his debut album. What is actually amazing however is that R3HAB was able to accomplish this with no major label backing, only working through his CYB3RPVNK imprint. Through his expanded efforts to increase CYB3RPVNK’s roster, R3HAB has been recruiting a fantastic variety of up-and-comers to provide a major range of music to his audience. With R3HAB consistently popping up on our radar, we have absolutely no idea what he is going to do next and can’t wait.

While we have been watching this trend percolate just under the surface over the last year, we’ve been waiting for R3HAB to dip his toes in the pool once again. Coming hot off the heels of his previous remake of Blondie’s “Call Me”, R3HAB is back with a cheezy remake of “Da Dip” from Freak Nasty. A revolutionary song for dance music 25 years ago with a timeless hook, we are actually genuinely surprised that someone of R3HAB’s caliber hadn’t remade it sooner. This time around R3HAB recruited TikTok star Saucy Santana to join in on their first collaboration, with Santana providing sultry vocal work that elevates the single’s seductive nature. “Put Your Hands On My _” is a booty-shaking banger for the club, and definitely has the makings to be a modern 2022 party anthem. While R3HAB’s been a bit quiet in 2022 compared to 2021, we’re eager to see what else is on the docket.
