Project 46 Drops “Remember You”, Classic Prog House + Return From 4 Year Hiatus
Just because you have to take an extended hiatus doesn’t mean that you can’t come back with a passion burning brighter than ever. Today, we are stopping off at pink pineapple for “Remember You”, a brand new single from Project 46 and Linney. Initially active back in 2011, Canadian duo Ryan Henderson and Thomas Shaw joined forces as Project 46 and uplifted their listeners to look to a brighter future with their melodic tone. Up until 2016, Project 46 was incredibly busy and popular with releases on Ultra Records, Monstercat, Armada, and Mixmash as well as collabs with Avicii, Kaskade, and Paul Oakenfold to name a few. Now, four years after their initial hiatus, Project 46 returns to provide audiences with a flair of golden progressive house.
While they may have taken the last four years to step back out of the limelight, Project 46 sure decided to come back with a bang. “Remember You” provides newer listeners with a taste of the golden age of progressive house, showcasing how far the genre has evolved since the early 2010s. The track will easily transport you away from your current state, into a world where the night won’t end and you can bask in the euphoria without a care in the world. While Project 46 took careful care in crafting a beautifully soulful and delicate track, Linney’s vocal performance embodies the progressive house energy that we all need right now.
