Setting Back Into the 2019 Fray, Carnage Drops “Blitzkrieg” Ft. Nazaar

While we have been covering his label for quite a while now, we haven’t had a chance to take a look behind the curtain. This week we are staying over at Heavyweight Records for “Blitzkrieg”, the first release of 2019 from label boss Carnage. This Vegas-based producer made himself a pioneer in the hard bass and trap communities, finding his strive quickly. Carnage was even one of the first major artists to incorporate hip-hop elements into his work, creating a hard bass and urban style. Carnage went on to create Heavyweight Records in 2017, surrounding himself with crazily unique producers in the hardcore and hip-hop genres. Nazaar joins Carnage on the track, a rising star in the modern Arab scene. Nazaar’s natural talent has been featured in festivals worldwide, thrilling fans at every turn.

If there needs to be a track that describes Carnage’s unique style in three minutes, “Blitzkrieg” is definitely it. Carnage kicks down the door immediately with his rapid-fire mechanical synths forcing you into submission. Carnage also increases the pace tenfold, pushing his hardcore narrative throughout the first and third acts. However, the second act slows down for Nazaar, with an inspirational yet irreverent vocal verse that allows him to take center stage. Nazaar’s bars are interesting, especially since it surprisingly flows with Carnage’s hardcore bass.
