Now, that classic instrumental has a new life in Hutia, an afro house reinvention that blends Miles’ iconic melody with the rich textures of African rhythms. Dutch DJ and producer Madism, known for his billion-plus streams and remixes for artists like Lewis Capaldi and Sam Smith, preserves the track’s haunting essence while guiding it into a fresh, danceable soundscape.
Adding a new layer of depth, Kenyan singer-songwriter Sofiya Nzau sings in Kikuyu, exploring themes of love, intimacy, and longing.
