Max Styler is Back With New EP “Gold / Deep Dreams” Remixes
Since he has appeared on here time and time again, if you need just a tad bit of motivation look no further than the career of Max Styler. If you are working hard and persistent, then you should be able to overcome any obstacle in your path to success. This remix EP is just the latest in what seems the rather diverse catalog that Styler has been creating in the past few months. With plenty of solid support from Steve Aoki’s Dim Mak Records, this EP is actually a follow up remixes package for two of his title tracks off of the original album.
What is best about remix EPs is that there is such a diversified take on the original tracks that some even surpass the original. The “Gold / Deep Dreams (Remixes)” EP features works from producers Jameston Thieves, Flapo, and Awoltalk; who each provide a different style of Styler’s original tracks “Gold” and “Deep Dreams”. Over here at MiR our favorite has to be Jameston Thieves’s remix of “Gold”, as it feels the biggest departure from the original. Also, we are suckers when we find some proper use of traditional Eastern beats/instruments. Fantastic outro and a solid remix EP overall.
