Getting Our Groove Back With Bobby Love x Zanski’s “Drink About”
While it has been quite the wait for another release, we are glad that we are finally able to snag some Bobby Love. Fresh out of the scene in Toronto we have the upcoming house artist Bobby Love and the latest track from his backlog, “Drink About”. Bobby Love has been quickly developing himself a rather rabid fan base, mainly praising his unique productions style and highly energetic live performances. He has even managed to catch some awesome buzz on the global circuit, with Armin Van Buuren’s label Armada Deep releasing his last single. Bobby is only on the fast track to success and we hope we can see him along for the ride.
Serving as the most recent collaboration in the Bobby Love catalog, “Drink About” is a smooth R&B track that was almost canned at the last minute! However, with much help from fellow producer Zanski’s affinity for unique R&B productions, the duo was able to fine-tune the track to its finest. “Drink About” is a culmination of some fantastic piano and drum melodies and a deep sultry bassline that just begs to be grooved along to.
“Working with Zanski was super fun and felt like a true collaboration. It’s cool to listen back to the song, I feel like you can pinpoint each of our influences on the track. Thankfully we both had a lot of similar tastes and influences which I think made the collaboration so natural.” – Bobby Love
