French Talent Almero Hits The Feels With His New Deep Progressive Single “Back Together.”
We’ve been waiting for quite some time for another dose of French deep house and it seems like our request has been answered. On our latest visit over to Protocol we are checking out “Back Together”, the latest drop from Almero. While Almero is still rather new to the Protocol he has already been making waves within the Protocol community. Almero’s debut single “They Don’t Know” with CAMARDA was featured on the Protocol Grooves EP, as well as having a featured track on Protocol Lab – ADE 2020. He’s also dropped additional releases on Revealed Recordings and Universal, and has earned support from Hardwell, Sander van Doorn, and Nicky Romero to name a few. Almero continues to drop numerous fun dancefloor singles with Protocol, so we think that he may have finally found his home label.
Talking about relationships using music as a medium is perhaps the most common subject for a single there is, but in the world of deep house we can at least vibe and groove along with our feelings. Adding yet another Protocol single to his repertoire, Almero uses “Back Together” to translate that moment we you know you made a mistake that ended a relationship into a format he is well versed in. “Back Together” at its core is an emotional progressive house single, accompanied by a sweet catchy vocal hook that beckons listeners out to their local dance floor to express their feelings. Almero rides the vibes of the track’s big room festival vibes, letting the driving bass line take full control once it enters the fray. “Back Together” could not only be a festival banger of a hit, but also a track that you sing in your casual day to day.
