Sizzy Rocket Releases Surprising Cover of Green Day’s Classic “Brain Stew”
When you’re riding high on your latest drop, you might as well throw even more drops while you’re at it. On our latest dive into the indie world we have “Brain Stew”, a brand new Green Day cover from the talented Sizzy Rocket. Now with all of these viral credits under her belt, Sizzy Rocket created this persona of your cool best friend…we all have that one we will easily cause chaos with. Having developed a cult-like following over the years since Sizzy Rocket continues to feed and entertain the masses with projects like 2017’s Hot Summer mixtape and 2019 album GRRRL. When not working on her own projects, Sizzy writes songs for plenty of other girl pop artists and groups. Sizzy even just had an exclusive live stream with Moment House in support of her Anarchy album!
If you didn’t happen to catch Sizzy Rocket’s exclusive live stream with Moment House in an abandoned theme park, you definitely missed quite an experience. For that unaware, ANARCHY: COME TO LIFE was a brand new virtual concert experience put on by Sizzy Rocket and Moment House in one continuous take at the abandoned Lake Dolores Water Park. In a surprise segment during the performance, Sizzy surprised the audience with her own rendition of the Green Day classic “Brain Stew”. Warping the classic to fit the Sizzy Rocket style, her cover fits easily into the Rocket catalog. Thanks to the success of Anarchy, Sizzy Rocket’s third studio album, Sizzy is quickly making waves leading into 2021.
