We are taking a walk on over to Protocol Recordings for “Love You Forever” a brand new progressive track from Nicky Romero, Stadiumx, and Sam Martin. Romero is one of the modern producers to change and mold today’s electronic music scene how he sees fit. Not only has he founded one of the most prolific modern electronic music movements, but he is also constantly on DJ Mag’s Top 100 list year after year and has attributed heavily to the global spread of electronic music. We are glad to see that Romero is back in the producing chair, as the modern industry still needs a bit more of his influence.
Grammy award-winning artist Sam Martin has a captivating voice, doesn’t he? The latest in a long slew of Romero collabs, “Love You Forever” is the middle result when you clash pop and electronic. Following Romero’s last release “Midnight Sun”, “Love You Forever” feels larger than life and organic, with each beat and note injected full of emotion. While Romero and Stadiumx handle the production expertly as always, as their styles intertwine and mesh into one, Martin easily steals the show. Martin’s vocal performance is the biggest highlight on the track and simply transcends above the rest production.
