Mantrastic & Rechler Return to Protocol For Their 5th Collab “Gravity” A Modern Disco Experience
With an overwhelming amount of talent spread across the globe, we are always excited to explore Protocol’s international artists. On our latest visit over to Protocol we are checking out “Gravity”, the latest from Mantrastic & Rechler. Nicky Romero’s Protocol Recordings has been a mover and a shaker in the modern electronic dance scene, allowing plenty of new artists to burst onto the scene and make their mark. While Protocol has been known for progressive house music, their catalog has expanded to encompass a wide diversity of sounds. Protocol is a major player every year at Miami Music Week, and despite not having the chance to perform this year, the label has other methods to put their overwhelmingly talented roster out on display. This latest drop shows that even after 200 releases, Protocol will definitely not take a beat and keep the momentum flowing.
When you belong to a large label like Protocol, sometimes it can be difficult to stand out regardless of how many times you drop on the label. Representing a portion of Protocol’s talent hailing from Israel, Mantrastic & Rechler are back for their fifth collaboration on the Protocol imprint. Through the lens that is “Gravity”, both Mantrastic & Rechler are given the chance to stretch their creative muscles, each bringing their signature styles to the table. Carefully crafted to maximize endorphins, “Gravity” is a solid late-night feel-good track that will flow with you out onto the dancefloor. Blending modern bouncy synth drops with samplings from classic disco beats, this track is an intriguing amalgamation for fans of electronic music across the ages. Man, how far this genre has come…and how far it will go.
