L.A-based Producer Wenzday Cultivates Her Iconic ‘Heartbreak House’ Sound With a New Disco-Fused Tech House Single
It’s odd to find someone so close to our own music roots that we had to jump on the wagon. On our latest visit to IN / ROTATION we are checking out “Fever Dream”, the latest from Wenzday. Taylor, known as Wenzday, blends her Las Vegas roots with Bay Area influences to carve a distinct niche in the electronic music scene. After relocating to Los Angeles to pursue music full-time and graduating from ICON COLLECTIVE, she seamlessly transitioned from DJ to producer, blending house and bass music to create a unique sound. With notable releases on labels like Confession and Dim Mak, she’s not only established herself as a solo artist but also co-founded the successful bass label 40oz Cult. Her track “Heartbreak House” garnered global acclaim, earning support from Spotify, Apple Music, and Billboard, while her dynamic live performances at festivals like Coachella and EDC Las Vegas showcase her ability to craft immersive experiences that leave audiences captivated. Wenzday’s journey exemplifies artistic evolution and innovation, solidifying her status as a leading figure in the electronic music landscape.
