Yellow Claw’s House Side Project €URO TRA$H Releases 13-Track Studio Album “House Music For Stripclubs” Inspired by Stripclub Culture. Out Now on Barong Family Featuring OGAQUAFINA, Almanac, Bok Nero, Feyi and More Artists

Yellow Claw’s side project €URO TRA$H, launched in 2021, has quickly become a force in electronic music with club hits like “1F2F,” “Dipped in $ugar,” and “B€NZ.” The alias allows the duo to push creative boundaries, blending house music with the raw energy of strip club vibes and underground party scenes. Their debut album, *¥€$*, stands out in an era dominated by singles, showcasing their versatility through collaborations with global talents such as OGAQUAFINA, Wax Motif, Ramengvrl, and Lil’ Asian Thiccie. The album’s playful yet cutting-edge aesthetic, featuring GIF-inspired cover art, reinforces the project’s bold, innovative identity.

Entering 2024, €URO TRA$H expanded their reach with debut appearances on Tchami’s Confession label and AC Slater’s Night Bass, continuing their streak of high-energy releases. By maintaining a consistent flow of fresh music and embracing creative reinvention, the duo solidifies their place as pioneers in the global electronic music scene.

Everything from the hustle of the girls, the scruffy dirty dollar bills, and the surroundings itself. Stripclubs and their aesthetics inspire us. The first inspiration came from a friend of ours called OGAQUAFINA when we were working on the previous album – “Y€$.” She danced in clubs for years, and she loved it and was really good at it. She also rapped and even had a duo called the $ugar Babies, on which we also vibed. We had a studio day with her, and she absolutely ripped that day and wrote “1F2F” on the spot. That song, both the beat and the narrative, showed us what the €URO TRA$H project is or should be. The fat, groovy bass lines combined with ratchet club vocals are shown in a very unpolished way. Real shit. That’s the kind of house music we love. And love to make. It gave us our direction for what has become our second studio album as €URO TRA$H. “1F2F” went hard in the stripclubs and saw a lot of footage coming from there. If a song is hot in the stripclubs it’s hot everywhere we feel like. It passed the test somehow, you know?

While writing this album, we met an ex-stripper photographer online who had an amazing Instagram with all kinds of stripclub/nightlife pictures that showed us she really was an insider. We met up with her once in Seattle to hang out and talk, and ultimately got her to take some pictures for us to go with the album art and images for the inside of the vinyl release. She ended up being one of the main inspirations for the album.

We wrote half of this album while touring in the United States, using our off days to meet up with people. They were not always artists; sometimes, they were just people we thought were interesting or had a good vibe or a great voice. The other half came together with writing for an 8-week period in the paradise of IndonesiaBali. We wrote a song called “10 Outta 10” with OGAQUAFINA after we talked about a house somewhere in Cancun filled with only fangirls shooting content all day with each other and making insane amounts of money with it. That whole convo made us write “10 Outta 10” in a couple of hours. “Pipe It Up” is another song that accurately catches the vibe of Las Vegas and shapes the album as a whole. Cuz we love the bright side of it all, which is showcased on the album, this song represents the grimier side of it.” – €URO TRA$H aka Yellow Claw

€URO TRA$H is back with their highly anticipated full album, House Music for Stripclubs, following the success of their singles “Stick Ya Lips” and “House Music So Good.” The 13-track project captures the gritty, club-friendly vibe of Yellow Claw’s alter ego, mixing seductive bass lines, sultry vocals, and underground energy. Tracks like “10 Outta 10” and “Body Pop” set the tone with their electrifying beats, while cuts like “Something Real” bring a soulful edge to the album. Songs such as “Tie Me Up” and “Little Lick” push boundaries with their provocative themes, staying true to the duo’s raw, unpolished style.

The album’s creation involved a diverse team, including former strippers and photographers, ensuring an authentic and immersive experience that mirrors the underground strip club scene. This collaborative approach enhances the album’s connection to the culture it represents. €URO TRA$H’s bold blend of heavy sounds and unrefined vocals creates a unique atmosphere, marking an exciting new chapter for the duo. Fans can look forward to an upcoming tour, their first official live performances, as they continue to push the boundaries of electronic music and nightlife culture.
