Who Needs a Clear Genre? Party Favor and Bipolar Sunshine Release "Circle Up"

With all of the electronic music we usually cover here, we haven’t exactly had a track like this one. Closing out our weekend coverage we have the genre-blurring and booty-shaking bop “Circle Up” from artists Party Favor and Bipolar Sunshine. When you have the chance to work with someone like Party Favor, that is definitely not an opportunity that you turn down. With an impressive resume as a genre-bending artist and producer, Party Favor has seen plenty of glory with his multitude of original tracks such as “MDR” and “Give It To Me Twice”. Party Favor has even accomplished quite a bit as a producer for major artists like Lil Jon and ASAP Ferg, with all of his work earning him an impressive 135 million streams on Spotify. Bipolar Sunshine is necessarily new to the scene either, with crafting his own praise for his work with DJ Snake and San Holo’s “brighter says”. 2019 is going to be an impressive year for these two rising artists.
Like we mentioned above, “Circle Up” isn’t exactly a track that we would cover…yet everyone needs a break from the mold right? The track isn’t exactly electronic, rap, or reggae, but exists slightly in all of these genres. While Party Favor has already established this as his style, we were completely unaware. If we had to shove into a specific genre box, we would say its close to Moombahton with an extra dose of jungle. Anyways, can we say that we already addicted and have had it playing in our office all morning? Plus, we can always use more booty jiving in our lives. We admit it and we want more.
Make sure you check out the music video for “Circle Up” below! You can also check out the track on Spotify.
