We need to set the stage for our playlist this week right out of the gate. Fueling our weekend playlist with have “Grave”, the latest banger from NGHTMRE and WAVEDASH over on Mad Decent. NGHTMRE has been rather forceful and busy in 2017, with this easily flowing into 2018 With at least four major releases so far, including “Another Dimension” with Dillon Francis and “Here Comes the Night” with DJ Snake, NGHTMRE continues to pummel was until we submit to his music. On top of everything, it is about time he kicked off a new tour, pushing hard into 2018. 2018 has already been a monumental year for NGHTMRE so far and we are just barely halfway through. This release isn’t just from NGHTMRE though, as WAVEDASH has been riding on a high wave after their recent collaboration with SLANDER on “Move Back”. Since then, 2018 has been a monumental success for them, having released an EP as well as other singles and garnering support from powerhouses Skrillex and Kill the Noise.
We are just going to put this out there right out of the gate, “Grave” has to be one of the heaviest tracks that we have covered all summer. While the track will easily be able to get a party started, it will be the perfect track to release a bit of pent-up anger. While “Grave”‘s bare-bones focus on percussion that will stab you into oblivion and complimentary synths that will take you to “Another Dimension”, the track will easily satisfy the bass heads hidden in the audience.
Make sure you check out “Grave” on Spotify below!
