It is time for another Protocol veteran to take the stage. On our latest visit over to Protocol we are checking out “I Need To Know”, the latest drop from Timmo Hendriks, Scott Forshaw, and JJ Beck. Debuting on the label in 2016, Timmo collaborated with Lindequist on “Ziema” their best-selling song to date These Dutch producers may just be up and comers, but they are making serious waves with their high energy production. Timmo will continue to support the main roster and you should keep him on your radar. We were major fans of Timmo and Jordan Grace’s previous collaboration on “Memories“, but the more we explore Timmo’s discography the more he is quickly becoming a Modern Neon favorite. We feature plenty of artists from Protocol Recordings, yet almost every time we cover a Timmo Hendriks drop we are in for a surprising treat.
We’ve seen many different facets and variations of Timmo’s sound over the years and while we support him when he branches out further, coming back to his foundation works just as well. While this might be the first visit for both Forshaw & Beck, Timmo is a major veteran with Protocol Recordings and a producer who we can expect a level of quality to come from his work. With “I Need To Know” being the latest addition to the Timmo catalog, listeners are given the chance to experience the deep groovy house side of Protocol once again. With Timmo reintroducing his signature sonic sound as the main trunk, this frees up Forshaw & Beck to each add a few elements of their signature style to the mix and create a soulful yet emotional deep house single.
