They Might Be Giants Sell Out Their Midwestern Leg, Announce BIG SHOW Tour’s East Coast Run This December


They Might Be Giants are continuing “The Big Show Tour” on the East Coast, following two months of sold-out midwestern dates, with stops in Philadelphia, Washington DC, Brooklyn, and Boston. Each two-night stand will feature dramatically different shows, spotlighting a different album each night and offering ever-changing song selections. This approach ensures that returning audiences experience a unique and enthralling musical event every night.

The band has expanded to an eight-member lineup, including a three-piece horn section with trumpet virtuoso Mark Pender from the Conan show. This addition promises a richer and more dynamic sound, enhancing their eclectic and energetic sets. Fans can expect a mix of classic hits, deep cuts, and surprises, making each night a distinctive showcase of the band’s versatility and creativity.

Originally beginning as a Dial-A-Song service back in 1982, They Might Be Giants have become major players in the alternative music world over the last 39 years. With two Grammy’s under their belt as well as twenty-three albums in their discography, They Might Be Giants are seasoned veterans and leaders of the alternative world.
