JupiterReign, also known as Thaydra Gray, embodies a lifelong immersion in music, starting from her early days in her father’s church choir in Montreal, Quebec. Raised amidst the harmonies of gospel music and nurtured by her family’s musical influences, she developed a deep-rooted passion for R&B, fueled further by her upbringing as the youngest of four sisters. Through dedication and exceptional vocal talent, JupiterReign earned opportunities to collaborate with music legends like Roger Waters and Donny McClurkin, setting the stage for her remarkable journey in the industry.
Formally trained in Musical Theatre at the Montreal School of Performing Arts, JupiterReign honed her craft and showcased her theatrical prowess in premieres such as “Love, Peace and Hairgrease.” Her solo career gained momentum with the release of her debut single “Don’t Wanna” and subsequent EP “Intergalactic,” blending influences from Keyshia Cole to SZA.
