NYC’s Leading Tastemaker Kozlow Puts Spotlight on City’s Scene with His AFP Label’s Very First Compilation “Pleasure Pack Vol. 1”
Grant Kozlow Gardner is a Brooklyn-based DJ, producer, and electronic violinist, as well as the founder of the acclaimed underground party series ANTHR FCKNG PARTY. A classically trained violinist who studied at Vanderbilt University, Kozlow has performed alongside electronic music heavyweights such as Carl Cox, Green Velvet, Cedric Gervais, and Alesso, and has DJ’d as direct support for artists including Diplo, John Summit, SG Lewis, and DJ Tennis. His performances often fuse live violin with electronic sets, creating a dynamic blend of classical musicianship and modern club energy.
As a producer, Kozlow has collaborated with prominent artists across genres, including Scott Storch, FunkFlex, King Von, and Burna Boy, showcasing his versatility and ability to merge melodic sophistication with contemporary rhythms. He holds monthly DJ residencies at New York venues Outer Heaven and Gospel, where he delivers immersive sets that combine indie house grooves with live violin improvisations. Through his music, events, and production work, Kozlow has established himself as a multifaceted artist who bridges classical training, electronic music, and underground nightlife culture.

All the artists featured are working DJs who are in the rooms, playing our parties, moving dancefloors, and DJing all over the city on any given night. The Pleasure Pack name and the condom artwork reflect how we think about releases. They should be functional, meant to be used, and ideally not disappointing. NYC violinist, producer, and promoter Kozlow releases Pleasure Pack Vol. 1 via his newly launched ANTHR FCKNG PARTY (AFP) label. The inaugural various-artists compilation brings together exclusive tracks from core AFP contributors Mona Matsuoka, Rachel Winters, Jasa, Tolga, CHASKE, and Kristos, alongside Kozlow’s own new track “Bark.” Rather than a traditional label sampler, the project captures the sound and spirit of the AFP ecosystem—music forged and pressure-tested on the dancefloors of Kozlow’s events, reflecting a tight-knit, city-driven club community.
The release marks a key step in AFP’s evolution, positioning Kozlow as a curator and tastemaker while establishing a quarterly compilation series designed to spotlight the artists who define the label’s identity across North America. The moment will be celebrated with a release party on January 10 at Outer Heaven in New York City, where Kozlow will debut “Bark” and bring the compilation’s energy back to its natural home: the dancefloor.
