juuku Drops Beautifully Crafted Single “Alive Again”, Out of the Darkness Life Blooms Once Again
Some of our most important projects/milestones in our lives come from when we are at our lowest. On our latest peek into the indie world we are checking out “Alive Again”, the latest drop from juuku. Artists like juuku are in a unique position and are quickly making waves and catching the attention of tastemakers in the electronic music industry. juuku has been quietly cultivating a community with their recent singles, each catching the eye of more and more music fans on a global scale. If there is anything good that has come out of the last two years, it is that artists like juuku enhanced their sound design game and are now able to create beautiful audible experiences for listeners who are willing to take the plunge.

While tracks like “Alive Again” originated in one of the lowest lows of juuku’s life, pure audible beauty was born out of the ashes. In order to battle their crippling anxiety and depression at the end of 2021, juuku built a contrasting enjoyable single that can be a placeholder for having a fun time in the darkness. Through their enhanced level of sound design and world-building, juuku uses “Alive Again” as a portal and offers listeners a temporary trip to another dimension where you can lose yourself among the beats. The track entices the listener with its opening ambient and minimalist electronica, giving listeners a solid minute to get in line for the portal. As “Alive Again” progresses, it frees the drum kit from its captive prison and lets pure drum’n’bass take over, signifying a rebirth within the track itself. We clearly don’t cover artists like juuku enough and we are excited to step into the next soundscape juuku prepares for us…whenever they are ready.
