Nicky Romero & Taio Cruz Entrance Listeners With Latest Track "Me On You"
We know that we have been saying it for a few weeks now, but we can’t help it to repeat ourselves. We are so glad that Nicky Romero has come back and kept crafting music, expanding boundaries just like he used to. That said, keeping our weekend vibes flowing we have “Me On You”, the latest Nicky Romero collaboration, this time alongside Taio Cruz. As we mentioned before, Romero is one of the modern producers to change and mold today’s electronic music scene how he sees fit. Not only has he founded one of the most prolific modern electronic music movements, he is constantly on DJ Mag’s Top 100 list year after year and has attributed heavily to the global spread of electronic music. We are glad to see that Romero is back in the producing chair, as the modern industry still needs a bit more of his influence.
Showcasing his experience vocal work, Taio Cruz sings about the growing ever-common moment when you have fallen for your latest crush and it’s hard to have anything else on your mind. While Cruz’s sensual voice soothes us on the surface, we can’t forget to mention Romero’s fantastic production that hides just a tad in the background. Romero crafts a beautiful and lush soundscape, at the same time, satisfying listeners with just the right amount of future bass sounds to keep us busy for days.
