Nathan Ball unveils “Rise Up Again” & new EP, ‘Lost Track of Time’
Nathan Ball, based in Cornwall, draws deep inspiration from nature, finding his best songwriting moments by the sea, in the mountains, or the woods. He shares that the ocean, in particular, reminds him of the insignificance of individual existence, offering a humbling connection to the greater order of things. These themes of nature’s vastness and the reflective solitude it brings are key elements in his music, which combines a love for classic songwriting with an eagerness to push sonic boundaries.
Alongside his acoustic roots, Nathan is influenced by left-field house music, drawn to its euphoric yet melancholic energy. This passion led to a collaboration with British electronica group Faithless, where he now tours as their vocalist. With over 60 million streams, Nathan has supported renowned artists like Bon Iver and Van Morrison, and performed at prestigious festivals such as Glastonbury, Boardmasters, and Green Man. His recent UK, Germany, and Amsterdam tour was met with enthusiastic crowds, solidifying his growing presence in the music scene.
