Enigmatic Producer MT11 Releases Minimal Tech House Single “Underwater Runner” on Dim Mak’s House Label A Good One
It may be hard to climb out of the underground scene, but more and more labels are lifting the stone to find thriving artists. On our latest visit to Dim Mak & A Good One we are checking out “Underwater Runner”, the latest drop from MT11. While MT11’s identity is still a mystery to must of the masses, they have already found a home at Dim Mak & A Good One. Dim Mak is a label that encompasses various genres of music, including indie, rock, and electronic, and has launched bands like The Kills, Pretty Girls Make Graves, and The Von Bondies. On the other hand, A Good One is an underground house label that showcases both new and old talents in house music worldwide. It aims to promote music that is both invigorating and transformative and serves as an incubator for emerging artists who spearhead a new era of house music, integrating music, art, and fashion to push the culture forward.
MT11, an unknown artist, released a new house single called “Underwater Runner” under Dim Mak’s A Good One label. The track represents the label’s underground sound and features distinctive tech house beats, glitchy melodies, and a minimal bassline. The single follows MT11‘s previous releases in 2021 and 2022, “Don’t Waste My Time,” “Where You At,” and “Da Homies,” the latter being a collaboration with Steve Aoki. Even though we don’t know even the smallest amount of info about MT11 as a producer, we are excited to see more from them as they grow within A Good One’s ecosystem.
