Electronic Artists Mr. Bill & kLL sMTH Drop Collaborative Glitch EP “kLL Bill” + New Tour!
You never know when a B2B set will take your career. On our latest deep into the electric pool we are checking out kLL Bill, a brand new EP from Mr. Bill and kLL sMTH. Both talented producers in their own right, their careers were changed during one casual performance in 2018. Both producers were double-booked for the opening of Denver’s Black Box club, and an impromptu back-to-back performance served as the creative spark they needed to bring a partnership to life. Many festival headling sets, several shows, and over four years of micro-edits later, the kLL Bill project is born. The EP marks the next step in a very lucrative partnership, as these two electronic artists are always at least one step ahead of the curve, if not even further.
Now with so many tools and subgenres at their disposal, you might be asking yourself….what route are they going to go for their debut collaborative EP? They’ve given us quite a response actually….”How about all of them?”. This kLL Bill EP runs through a solid range of familiar electronic music, including elements from halftime, dubstep, drum & bass, glitch hop, and even a little bass house. While the EP may only consist of four tracks, these four tracks are more than satisfactory for fans of both producers to satiate over. Whether you need a more chaotic glitch soundscape like “Uncle Punch” or a more aggressive and in-your-face banger like “Siamurai”, the kLL Bill EP features a track that will take care of your glitch cravings. With the release of the EP, Mr. Bill and kLL sMTh are also launching a multi-leg tour with stops in Indianapolis, Portland, Seattle, Manchester, San Diego, and Washington D.C. with more cities still unannounced.
