On our latest peek at the NY indie scene we are checking out “Snowflakes In Your Hair”, the latest from Eighty Ninety. Bursting onto the scene back in 2016, Eighty Ninety hit the ball right out of the gate with their debut single “Three Thirty”. Quickly after its initial release, the single reached #2 on Spotify’s Global Viral Charts and they seized the opportunity to drop their full EP Elizabeth. Now snagging over 25 million streams online, the Eighty Ninety catalog was even selected by Taylor Swift for her official Spotify playlist “Songs Taylor Loves”. They even just released their highly-anticipated self-titled debut album on December 15th. The album represents a significant milestone in their career, showcasing their distinctive fusion of intimate storytelling, catchy melodies, and a unique blend of acoustic and electronic elements.
