Back From the Showcase: D.O.D. & Sunstars Release “Morph”

Protocol is back and is ready to bring a bit of sun back into out cloudy Sunday. Wrapping up our weekend coverage we have “Morph” the latest from D.O.D & Sunstars. While this trio may have just reached our attention, Sunstars has actually been making waves since 2014 with their first release “Reckless” over on Ultra Music. This has let to plenty of collaboration, production, and remix opportunities that have opened several new doors for the trio. There will only be more to come now that Sunstars has joined the ever-growing Protocol roster. While this may be D.O.D.’s first official release on Protocol, it is hardly his first. D.O.D.’s style has allowed him to release plenty of tracks on other major labels such as Spinnin’, Mad Decent, Size, and Axtone.

Are you ready to “Morph” with us, along with D.O.D. & Sunstars? This track is just the latest hard-hitting collaboration from Protocol’s repertoire, allowing both groups to be able to stretch their musical muscles and showcase what exactly they can do.  The track has an absolutely relentless bass line that is complete killer, especially when combined with synths so serrated that it turned out just perfect. “Morph” was originally played by D.O.D. & Sunstars at Protocol’s “5 Years of Protocol” showcase, but is now being played by speakers all around the world.

Be sure to give “Morph” a full listen below!
