Audriix Is Back With New Inspirational Self-Empowerment Anthem “I Choose Me”
IF you have the ability to express your views through banger singles like today’s artist, you are set to pave your own way through the world of music. On our latest check-in with the indie world we are checking out “I Choose Me”, the latest from Audriix. Growing up here in Northern California, Audriix knew that she was born to be a musician and impact the world. Begging for lessons to master the violin at age 2, Audriix would not be limited by the instrument and master as many as she could. She may have started writing songs at age 6, but it wasn’t until studying at Stanford that she began to produce her own material. You know, while she was earning three degrees and had mastered the piano, violin, viola, guitar, drums, and singing. Audriix dropped her first professional EP Colors back in 2015 and followed up with her first full-length album Status Change in 2019. She found success with her previous single “Deep Breaths” last year, receiving praise for her empowerment of women in her music.
We have been following Audriix for quite some time now, mainly because we are thrilled when we can help promote from our local community and it helps that her tracks are mainstays on our indie playlists. The latest single to come out of the Audriix camp, “I Choose Me” is a self-empowering anthem, preaching positivity over being stuck in an unhealthy situation. Told from the outlook of a heartbroken lover, “I Choose Me” explores those moments in life where enough is enough and you simply need to choose to be happy for yourself and change your stars. Audriix soft yet moving vocal performance captures our attention almost instantly, allowing us the option to feel the positive and uplifting vibes emanating from every aspect of this track. Audriix will actually be performing it on tour with Madison Beer this fall, so you can experience the bliss in a live setting.
