They’ve been told that God is there to answer their prayers but it seems like those prayers are falling on deaf ears. There’s a bit of ego depicted in the bridge where the person feels like they are ‘owed’ a miracle because of how hard their life is. If God doesn’t believe in me, why would I believe in them?”
