In a Surprise Link-up, Topic and Shimza Release “Missing You” with A7S as a Joint Release via Helix Records and Universal Germany

Topic has cemented his place among electronic music’s biggest global stars, with billions of streams and numerous gold, platinum, and diamond certifications to his name. His international breakthrough came with the 2019 hit “Breaking Me” alongside A7S, a multi-platinum record that has surpassed six billion streams worldwide and remains one of the defining dance tracks of the past decade. “Missing You” sees an unexpected but compelling collaboration between Topic and Shimza, arriving March 13 as a joint release between Helix Records and Universal Music Germany. The single marks Topic’s first release of 2026 and blends his emotionally driven, radio-shaping dance sound with Shimza’s hypnotic Afro-tech style, creating a crossover that bridges mainstream melodic dance and deeper club-rooted rhythms. For Shimza, the release continues a strong run of Helix-connected records while further amplifying the global reach of his Kunye platform ahead of bringing his Shimza&Co concept to Miami Music Week.

Completing the collaboration is A7S, whose instantly recognizable vocals—known from global hits like “Breaking Me” and “Your Love (9PM)”—provide the emotional core of the track while balancing peak-time energy with late-night atmosphere. With all three artists operating at the forefront of their respective lanes, “Missing You” signals more than a one-off moment, as Topic and Shimza are already working on additional collaborations expected to arrive later in 2026.
