Ganja White Night and Tape B Drop Highly-Anticipated Collab “Ganja Tape.” Out Now on Ganja White Night’s SubCarbon Records

Ganja White Night, a duo from the small town of Mons, Belgium, developed a unique sound rooted in early UK bass and reggae, somewhat sheltered from the U.S. music industry. After over a decade of crafting their musical identity, they gained significant recognition with their 2016 release, **Mr. Wobble LP**, which introduced their iconic Wobble sound—a playful fusion of heavy basslines and catchy melodies. This album was not just a musical milestone but also the beginning of an animated universe they created with renowned Belgian street artist Ebo, bringing the character of Mr. Wobble to life through vibrant animated music videos for tracks like **Wobble Master** and **LFO Requiem**.

Following their debut, Ganja White Night continued to weave Mr. Wobble’s adventurous narrative across subsequent albums, including **The Origins**, **The One**, **Dark Wobble**, and their latest, **Unity**. Their collaborations with major bass music artists such as Zeds Dead, Subtronics, Slander, Liquid Stranger, and Boogie T have further solidified their presence in the electronic scene. Drawing parallels to the Gorillaz, Ganja White Night blends music and storytelling in a way that invites fans into their enchanting world, and they remain committed to expanding this universe in future projects.

In one of the most exciting bass collaborations of the year, Ganja White Night has joined forces with rising star Tape B for the release of “Ganja Tape.” Teased in their recent sets, this track is generating a lot of buzz in the bass music scene. It perfectly blends Ganja White Night’s signature “wobble” sound with Tape B’s fresh and innovative sound design, creating an exhilarating experience for listeners. The catchy vocal snippet that kicks off the track—“Yo Tape B! Yes, Ganja”—has already captured the hearts of dubstep fans, building even more anticipation for this release.

“Ganja Tape” is riding the wave of momentum both artists have built in 2024. Tape B is coming off a major high after his recent collaboration, “Gas Pedal Remix,” with dance music heavyweights John Summit and Subtronics, which has taken his career to new heights. Meanwhile, Ganja White Night had a fantastic summer, highlighted by a memorable two-night run at the iconic Hampton Coliseum following their successful 2023 album, “Unity.” As they take “Ganja Tape” on tour in the coming months, it’s set to become a must-play anthem, showcasing the dynamic synergy between these two talented artists and making a strong case for being the bass music song of the year.
