Fresh Protocol Meat David Peitras & Nino Lucarelli Team Up to Pull Heartstrings in "Remedy"
We think that the message is clear if you want a fantastic imprint for you to showcase your musical talents, Protocol Recordings is primed and ready. On our most recent visit to Protocol we checked out “Remedy” a brand new single from newcomer David Pietras. An upcoming artist having just recently joined the Protocol roster, Pietras is already setting the stage for an amazing career in the world of progressive house. Pietras has already released a number of tracks, such as a remix for Steve Angelo’s “Nothing Scares Me Anymore”. While “Remedy” is Pietras’s second release on Protocol, he has also released tracks on Axtone, Release Records, and Star Traxx.
As this new wave of progressive house grows with Protocol behind the reigns, we have no doubt in our mind that we will see new artists just like Pietras bursting onto the world stage. “Remedy” presents itself as an organic and heartfelt attempt at rediscovering and repairing love that has broken into pieces. Pietras thematically crafts the image of fragility and naive love with his soft building melodies that climax into a beautiful progressive drop. To top everything off, Pietras drafted the talented vocalist Nino Lucarelli to provide matching vocal work to complete the visual. Absolutely enjoyable.
