Almero Debuts His Powerful Three-Track EP “Meant To Me” With Dancefloor-Friendly Progressive Sounds on Protocol Recordings
After what feels like ages, one of our favorite featured artists is finally reaching that next milestone, the big debut EP. On our latest visit over to Protocol we are checking out Meant To Me, the big debut EP from Almero. While Almero is still rather new to the Protocol he has already been making waves within the Protocol community. Almero’s debut single “They Don’t Know” with CAMARDA was featured on the Protocol Grooves EP, as well as having a featured track on Protocol Lab – ADE 2020. He’s also dropped additional releases on Revealed Recordings and Universal, and has earned support from Hardwell, Sander van Doorn, and Nicky Romero to name a few. Almero continues to drop numerous fun dancefloor singles with Protocol, so we think that he may have finally found his home label.
French producer Almero has showcased his remarkable talent in music production with the release of his highly anticipated debut EP on Nicky Romero’s esteemed label, Protocol Recordings. Titled “Meant To Me,” this EP comprises three exceptional tracks that exemplify Almero’s diverse range of musical prowess. Building upon the success of the EP’s title track, which was unveiled earlier this month, Almero delivers two additional brand-new records that seamlessly integrate into the label’s distinctive sound. The first of the two fresh tracks is the enchanting collaboration with Heero, titled “Say Goodbye.” This meticulously crafted piece showcases Almero’s meticulous attention to detail, featuring a captivating vocal-driven arrangement that exudes an uplifting and progressive ambiance. “Say Goodbye” is a sonic masterpiece, designed to elicit an emotional response and create an immersive experience during euphoric moments at festivals or in the vibrant atmosphere of a club. On the flip side, Almero unveils his darker and more underground side with the second track, “Revolt.” Infused with undeniable energy, this composition emanates a sense of mystery and intrigue. Anchored by driving basslines and enthralling melodies that gracefully evolve, “Revolt” caters to the late-night dancefloor dwellers, invoking an irresistible urge to surrender to its captivating rhythm.
