Archer Oh Share Uncanny “Spineless” Video From ‘The Internal Theater’ LP Out Now!

Archer Oh’s journey from backyard shows in the Inland Empire to a nationally recognized indie act is fueled by their energetic live performances, DIY spirit, and deep connection with their fans. By 2022, their relentless work ethic had led them to share stages with bands like Destroy Boys, Vundabar, and Beach Goons, embark on two national tours supporting The Red Pears, and celebrate the release of their debut album, Gradients, with three consecutive sold-out headline shows in Southern California.

2023 saw the band solidify their reputation as a formidable touring act, playing 84 shows, including their first full-length headline tour, The Channel Surfing Tour, with festival stops at Treefort Fest, Austin Psych Fest, and Norman Music Festival. They capped off the year with a major headline show at The Belasco in Los Angeles before announcing their biggest show yet—Say It’s Forever Festival at The Shrine alongside The Red Pears. With new music and more tour dates on the horizon, Archer Oh continues to build momentum, winning over audiences nationwide.

California-based indie four-piece Archer Oh has unveiled a haunting new music video for their single “Spineless” from their latest album, The Internal Theater, out now via AWAL. Directed by Caitlyn Phu, the black-and-white video plunges viewers into a surreal psychological landscape, following the band members as they navigate an empty suburban house filled with eerie masked figures. These faceless entities, emerging from the depths of their subconscious, blur the line between paranoia and reality, creating a disorienting, fever-dream-like experience. Stark cinematography, high-grain textures, and fragmented editing enhance the visual unease, perfectly mirroring the song’s themes of self-doubt and inner conflict.

With its noir-inspired aesthetic and unsettling atmosphere, the video for “Spineless” brings Archer Oh’s introspective storytelling to life, making for an evocative and lingering watch. The band continues to solidify their place in the indie scene, blending raw energy with deeply cinematic visuals that elevate their music’s emotional weight.
