I met Ramlode in my hometown around 4 years ago. Since then, we have become good friends thanks to music but never worked on a song together until now. He’s very active in the local hip-hop scene and agreed to help produce the trap inspiration for this track. He called 2ka to the studio one day, and he recorded these fire vocals. It’s a track that came together very naturally and with the help of good friends, so that gives it an even more special vibe, in my opinion.” – Nitro Fun

Nitro Fun’s latest release, “Bass Like,” marks his triumphant return to Steve Aoki’s esteemed Dim Mak Records, showcasing his distinct musical style alongside the collaborative efforts of fellow producers Ramlode and 2ka. The track begins with a captivating introduction, featuring a compelling driving bassline that sets the stage for what’s to come. Accompanied by undulating melodies that possess a digitized feel, the listener is immediately drawn into the sonic world crafted by Nitro Fun, Ramlode, and 2ka. As the song progresses, the artists introduce trap-influenced basslines and serrating synths, adding a dynamic and energetic element to the composition. These elements intertwine harmoniously with distorted vocals, creating an intriguing and captivating sonic landscape that further showcases Nitro Fun’s ability to push musical boundaries. “Bass Like” serves as a testament to Nitro Fun’s signature sound, combining elements of video game-inspired melodies, epic journeys, and boundary-pushing electronic music.
