Prolific Musical Artisan Chin Injeti Returns With “Falling” Deep New Single About Family Loss


It has been quite a long time since we have discovered an individual who embodies music and exudes its power. This week we are checking out “Falling”, the latest drop from Grammy-winning producer Chin Injeti. Born in India to a classical vocalist and surgical nurse, Chin Injeti survived polio at a young age and surrounded himself with music of all genres such as classical and folk to ABBA and anything with a rhythm and melody. By the tender age of 8, Chin could utilize his love of music in therapy to improve his motor functions, as well as sing in three languages.

Chin Injeti found his initial commercial success from his new jazz band Bass is Base during his college years. The band later gained millions of fans worldwide, releasing amazing tracks that eventually earned the band a Juno (Canadian Grammy) award for “Best R&B Record”. Chin also earned himself a “Songwriter of the Year” from SOCAN. While Bass is Base had to end, Chin Injeti moved to the west coast and continued to grow as an arist, growing is own following and touring the world with bands like The Roots, A Tribe Called Quest, and De La Soul. After years of touring, Chin found his calling in production with creative partner Dr. Khalil, wher he created many other tracks for successful artists like Eminem (“Recovery”/”Survival), Drake (“Fear”), and Pink (“Here Comes the Weekend”) just to name a few.

As of now, Chin Injeti has earned himself a prestigious star on the Granville Walk of Fame in Vancouver for his work with the music community and aspiring artists. Chin also has three Grammys under his belt, two “Best Rap Album” for Eminem’s Recovery and Marshall Mathers LP 2, as well as “Best Gospel Album” for Lecrae’s Gravity.

Chin Injeti is a man of many talents, an inspiration, leader, and innovator. It is clear that he knows the production process like the back of his hand and if you need gold made he can make it happen with ease. Repping the title of a multi-instrumentalist, Chin’s own music blows us away with how fresh it feels from someone who has thrived in the industry for what feels like decades. Soulful and catchy as all hell, “Falling” allows Chin to express himself regarding how he endured after his father’s passing. Powerful yet addictive, “Falling” should definitely be on your playlist and ready to be streamed repeatedly.
