Nikcy Romero Recruits Jordan Grace For New Summer Weather Track “Burning”
Another week, another stop off over at Protocol…what are they up to this time? On our latest visit we were able to check out “Burning”, the latest single from Nicky Romero and Jordan Grace. Romero is one of the modern producers to change and mold today’s electronic music scene how he sees fit. Not only has he founded one of the most prolific modern electronic music movements, but he is also constantly on DJ Mag’s Top 100 list year after year and has attributed heavily to the global spread of electronic music. Romero continues to surprise us, even dropping a mini-doc series back in 2019 and multiple successful releases now that he’s back on the wagon. Hell, he even put on one hell of a performance at the London opening of the Call of Duty League eSports tournament!
Now that the official first day of summer passed, bring on the flood of summer anthems! The first entry of the docket, “Burning”, is an interesting take of the warm summer weather that a few of us can actually enjoy. Recruiting the assistance of Nashville artist Jordan Grace, Romero’s latest summer track delivers every element that we have come to know from the modern Nicky Romero. Highlighting Romero’s melodic and uplifting style and Jordan’s solid vocal performance, we have no doubt in our mind that “Burning” will be burned into our minds pretty quickly. We can’t wait to see Protocol utilize Jordan Grace’s skills, as we have become quite familiar with his style over the years.
